December 17, 2014 – ERM held an all members webinar mainly addressing questions on the new IECC 2012 with MA amendments base code which went into effect on July 1, 2014 for all cities and towns that are not operating under Stretch Code. A recording of this webinar is avalable only to ERM members.
October 10, 2014 – Wes Riley, ERM QA Designee, provided an on site training in the RESCAZ protocol in Manchester, NH. RESCAZ training and certification is a requiement of all RESNET Raters as of 12/31/2014.
October 10, 2014 – Wes Riley, ERM QA Designee, proctored the multiple choise and on line RESCAZ virtual reality testing at Public Service Company in Manchester, NH. Wes provided excellent pre-test training and all members passed the testing.
September 24, 2014 – Wes Riley, ERM QA Designee, led an afternoon RESCAZ classroom training session at One Kendall Square in Cambridge, which covered the new RESCAZ protocol, and how to use the RESCAZ virtual reality simulator, which has some interesting quirks.
